Geoffrey is an Osteopath and his wife Natalie is a Remedial Masseur.
Their topic is going to be "Use it or Lose it"
Their aim is to speak about keeping flexibility and movement as we age. There will be interactive movement, chair exercises, discussion and demonstration and general hints and tips around flexibility.

There is a wait list for new expressions of interest. A full day Bus Tour to the Duneira Estate at Mount Macedon. Please pay asap to secure your seat. Pick up times are: Bowen Street/Bowls Club 9:15am and Prospect Hill Village 9:30 am. Please make sure Lorna knows where you are being picked up from. Includes Tour of the House, gardens and lunch. Please advise Lorna of any dietary restrictions. The Bendigo Bank have generously awarded a grant which will cover the cost of the bus. Price has now been set at $50 per person. Matinee at the newly re-opened Ian Potter State Theatre at the Arts Centre. Cost $72 Starring Nathaniel Parker (Inspector Linley Mysteries) as Professor Higgins and Claire Lyon as Eliza Doolittle. Also Reg Livermore, Robyn Nevin and Tony Llewellyn-Jones. Payments to be made by 27th October. Tickets to be paid to State Theatre on 28th October.
